The upfront fee (ranging from CAD 9.99 to 99.99) is a one-time payment that covers the work we begin on your claim. Once your claim is submitted and processing has started, this fee becomes non-refundable, as resources are already allocated to handle your case.
Our pricing is always based on the actual compensation successfully recovered from the airline, not just the initial estimate shown at the start. Since airline payouts can sometimes be higher than expected, your claim may move into a higher pricing tier.
For example, if your estimated compensation is CAD 1000, your upfront fee may initially be CAD 69.99. However, if we successfully recover CAD 1400, the applicable pricing tier becomes CAD 79.99. In such cases, only the small difference is adjusted from your final payout, ensuring everything remains accurate and fair.
This approach ensures a win-win situation — you still receive higher compensation, and pricing stays aligned with the final outcome, with no hidden charges or surprises at any stage.
